How our Organic Aceh Gayo Sumatran coffee gets its unique flavour is because of wet hulled processing. This allows for slight fermentation to affect the coffee before it is dried in the sun. The lush mountains of Aceh Gayo region on the Island of Sumatra are perfect growing conditions for full flavoured unique flavour profile. Full-bodied, earthy, spices, floral, and sweet. Low acidity, very aromatic. We work directly with the farmers of this fantastic coffee as they get their special coffee to cups across the country
